The First Ship-repair Company is in the ship repair industry since 2009. The basis for the establishment of the company served as the FLP VV Dementiev, who was at the ship repair market since 2006. The principal activities of the company are:
- Repair of main and auxiliary engines;
- Repair of auxiliary machinery: pumps, compressors, separators;
- Repair of heat exchangers;
- Repair of deck equipment;
- Repair of rudder-propeller system, alignment of shafts;
- Repair of the casing, and logging and superstructure decks using polymer materials.
The company is certified Ukrainian Register of Shipping. The first ship-repair company performs the above-mentioned types of repairs on almost all ships of "river-sea" fishing vessels such BMRT, RTMS "Superatlantik, as well as all types of medium tonnage ships. Work performed as a ship's hull, and in the shipyards of Nikolaev and Kherson.
